Over the years UNIFILL has developed more and more innovative solutions for dairy applications.

New advanced lines have been introduced that innovate our proposal and grant the latest and most efficient performances.

Today our technology is applied on a wide range of dairy products such as: processed cheese, yoghurt, fromage frais, butter, margarine etc. that can be packed in 100% tailor-made portion-packs.

With our technology, you can produce both “peelable” portion-packs, for products that solidify after the filling and “squeezable” portion-packs, ideal for products that remain liquid or semi-dense after the filling.

Additional several options are available such as: symmetrical or asymmetrical stick to obtain a product that can be eaten as a lollipop (ideal for kids’ market), or double dosing system to handle two layers together inside the portion-pack.
