The TF-15 is an extremely robust and high-efficiency machine suitable for the massive production of any kind of Unifill-type product up to 150ml.
The machine consists of two reel holding and feeding devices, of a double-track forming and filling unit and of a high speed robotic cutting module. At the machine end, the finished monodoses are released onto an outfeed conveyor while the plastic wastes are collected by a robotic arm and consequently ejected through another belt.
Thanks to its mechanical drive and its construction, almost entirely using AISI 304 and AISI 316L stainless steel, the UNIFILL TF-15 machine is particularly indicated for all dairy and pharmaceutical applications.
In terms of output, the TF-15 can reach, with a standard 10ml vial, a speed of up to 50,000 units per hour.
