UNIFILL developed and patented unique and compact monobloc machines that thermoform and fill plastic portion packs by combining the advantages of Form, Fill & Seal and Blow Moulding technologies. The resulting products are nicely shaped and cost-effective monodoses that are ideal for the Food, Pharmaceutical, Body-Care and Chemical industry.

The system can produce both PEELABLE OYSTER-PACKS for products that solidify after filling, or SQUEEZABLE PACKS for liquid or semi-liquid products.
The production range of UNIFILL machines currently offers six basic machine models (click on model name for detailed info):

SIROCCO STICK-PACK
A truly high speed machine for the production of Stick-Packs. The machine is electronically driven and is ideal for the packing of liquid, semi-dense, powdery and granular products.

TF-K
A low speed machine especially designed for highly price-sensitive applications.

TF-01
A low/medium speed machine for the production monodoses. The machine can be fit with a number of options such as cap applicator, stick applicator, single/double labelling system, Ultra-Clean package.

TF-02
A medium/high speed machines for the production of monodoses. The TF-02 is also available in the /EP version (with 260mm extended pitch)

TF-15
A high speed machine ideal for massive production of monodoses.

TF-400
A machine for large capacity thermoformed containers (up to 400ml). Thanks to its modular design, the machine is available in various configurations.

RESNOVA
A new generation machine for the production of suppositories, available in the -15 and -35 versions.

In over two decades of experience and testing, UNIFILL has developed an excellent know-how on dosing and filling systems. Thanks to the great internal developing programme UNIFILL is today in the position to offer its customers a great variety of dosing and filling units such as pneumatic volumetric units, powered volumetric units, magnetic flow meters, mass-flow meters, all dosing designed to specifically meet different products’ characteristics.
All UNIFILL machines can be equipped with special options to improve operations hygienic conditions, such as sterile thermoforming air, ultra-clean magnetic fillers, laminar flow units and inert gas injection systems.

UNIFILL machine can handle a wide range of laminated and/or co-extruded packaging materials such as PS/PE, PA/PE, PET/PE, PVC/PE, PP with a thickness range between 90 and 500 microns.
Special barrier materials such as EVOH or PVDC can also be used to improve barrier properties and to better preserve products characteristics.
Special retort materials such as PP/PA/PP, can also be handled for post-sterilization.
