THE ORGANISATION

UNIFILL today employs some 30 people and mainly operates out of its headquarters located in Villafranca di Medolla, near the city of Modena in Northern Italy.
On some key markets such as China and the United States, Unifill operates through own offices with local commercial and technical staff.

All inquiries and contacts are received and handled by the Commercial Department as well as through the world wide network of Agents, Distributors and Representatives spread all over the world.

Besides its projects development activity, the Engineering / R&D Department also provides full technical assistance to the customer throughout all project phases, from the selection of the shape to the final configuration of the machine based on customer’s requirements.

A highly experienced team of engineers represents the heart of the After Sales & Service Department, a dedicated team that handles, together with the local Unifill offices, Agents or Distributors, a number of very delicate issues such as machines installations, technical service interventions and spare parts orders.
UNIFILL also offers a unique Teleservice System that allows our After Sales Team to constantly monitor your machine for immediate troubleshooting.
